Parce que le beton prend plus de place que l'acier, et que la surface utilisable par etage est alors diminuee. Donc rapporte moins.

Quand on discute video, demontrer quelque chose en disant "ca se voit" et que je le vois me conviens tout a fait. Determiner la structure d'un batiment par des photos, ca me troue le cul...
